Lions and Tigers and Bears, Oh My!

On Saturday we took a day trip to Washington DC to check out the National Zoo.  The park is beautiful and we had a great day; however, we are starting to think that we pick the worst times to go to the zoo, since the animals always seem to be sleeping when we go.  We still managed to see some gorgeous creatures and enjoy the day as a family!

Of all the animals we saw at the zoo, this little animal is still our favorite!
