Durham Christmas Village

On Sunday, we attended the annual cookie exchange at Durham Christmas Village. Daddy came along this year to help out with our little ball of energy, particularly because Mommy was not feeling well. We had a lovely time with our friends, and collected some delicious cookies to add to our iced pumpkin, peanut butter, and chocolate chip shortbread cookies, our baking selections this year. The best part of the afternoon was our visit from Santa Claus. He made a surprise stop at the cookie exchange and Reese had the opportunity to sit on his lap (though she wasn't very happy about it). It turns out, she likes him better from afar!
