Well, we headed BACK to Rhode Island this past weekend for Chris's friend Sam's wedding. There was one major difference in our trip this time around...we decided to bring Reese with us, and of course, nothing went as smoothly as our last trip there a few weeks prior. We thought it would be a nice adventure for the three of us...and let me just say...an adventure it was! She was such a good little girl, considering the fact that our ride to and from RI was a nightmare. Not only was it pouring rain, but we were also stuck in traffic for the majority of the ride on the way up and a five hour drive quickly became an almost seven hour ride instead. Poor Reese! Then to top it off, we had to change in the car because we got to the Sam and Melissa's wedding just in time. We didn't even have a chance to unpack or settle in our hotel first. Needless to say, we were so exhausted before the wedding even began. Reese was a hit at the wedding, but it was a long night for her and Daddy and I decided that while our intentions were good, it wasn't really the place for her; she is just a little too young yet!
